Clinton Christmas Parade

“Christmas at the movies”

Clinton’s traditional Christmas Parade of bands, floats, dancers, local artists and more will process through Historic Clinton on Saturday, Dec. 7th at 6:00pm.  This year’s theme is “Christmas at the Movies”.

Did you know that in 2022 there were 9,700 people in attendance for the Christmas parade? There are roughly 10,000 residents in Clinton. If you are looking to get your business in front of the largest captive audience Clinton has to offer, this is the event to do that!

Businesses, churches, schools and other marching groups are invited to register and participate.  Floats and politicians have a $50 entry fee while all other participants are $25.  All funds will go directly to Historic Downtown Clinton, a new non-profit formed as a part of the Main Street program that strives to enhance and preserve our unique small town history by making the downtown area the center for local businesses to thrive, new partnerships to develop, and for the community to gather.

Let us know that you would like to participate in this year’s parade by signing up below. For questions please contact Katherine Birkbeck at 865-293-6367 or katherine@historicdowntownclinton.org. Registration deadline is Monday November 25th.
